As Chairman and CEO of Hyde Park Entertainment, Ashok Amritraj produced the box office smash BRINGING DOWN THE HOUSE, starring Steve Martin and Academy Award-nominee Queen Latifah, and is regarded as one of the most successful producers working in Hollywood today. Currently in release through Sony is Amritraj’s thriller PREMONITION, starring Sandra Bullock and Julian McMahon, which has been a box office hit. Upcoming releases are the action film DEATH SENTENCE, directed by James Wan (SAW) and starring Kevin Bacon, Kelly Preston and John Goodman, to be released by 20th Century Fox August 31, 2007 and the horror/thriller ASYLUM, directed by David Ellis (SNAKES ON A PLANE, FINAL DESTINATION 2) and starring Sarah Roemer (DISTURBIA), to be released by MGM.
Starting principal photography this fall are STREET FIGHTER, based on the extremely popular video game and to be released by 20th Century Fox, and THE OTHER END OF THE LINE, the cross-cultural romantic comedy to be released by MGM.
Amritraj’s recent releases include DREAMER, starring Kurt Russell and Dakota Fanning through Dreamworks SKG, which opened in the number 2 spot at the U.S. box office, and SHOPGIRL starring Steve Martin and Claire Danes through The Walt Disney Company, which opened to rave reviews. Additionally, Amritraj enjoyed a successful box office with the Kate Hudson feature RAISING HELEN, which was directed by Hollywood legend Garry Marshall and WALKING TALL, which starred The Rock.
Amritraj has grown Hyde Park Entertainment into a cutting-edge option to the traditional Hollywood studio system for filmmakers by making it one of the few progressive independent companies that encompasses most elements of a full-fledged studio. The Company is capable of developing, producing and financing projects as well as handling their international sales and marketing. Hyde Park Entertainment has a first look deal with 20th Century Fox, and a second look deal with The Walt Disney Studios.
Through The Walt Disney Studios, Amritraj released the critically acclaimed drama/romance MOONLIGHT MILE, directed by Brad Silberling, starring Academy Award winners Dustin Hoffman, Susan Sarandon and Holly Hunter. Through MGM, Amritraj also produced ORIGINAL SIN starring Angelina Jolie and Antonio Banderas and the Golden Globe nominated BANDITS, directed by Barry Levinson starring Bruce Willis, Billy Bob Thornton and Cate Blanchett.
During the span of his 25-year career, having produced or executive produced over 90 films with a worldwide gross in excess of $1 billion, Amritraj has worked with every major Studio in Hollywood . The stars who have worked with Amritraj include Bruce Willis, Sylvester Stallone, Angelina Jolie, Cate Blanchett, Dustin Hoffman, Steve Martin, Antonio Banderas, The Rock, Kate Hudson, Kurt Russell, etc…
In 2005 the Indian International Film Academy presented Amritraj with a Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2004 Amritraj received the Producer of Vision Award from the Hollywood community and the prestigious Pride Of India Award from the American India Foundation.
Amritraj served on the Foreign Film Board of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, was a member of Los Angeles Board for the British Academy of Film and Television Arts and the International Council for the Emmy Awards.

Lisa Wilson
President Hyde Park International
A thirty-five year veteran of International Distribution, Lisa’s career commenced in London in 1972 with John Heyman and Lord Grade.
Since moving to Los Angeles in 1985 she has headed up a number of sales companies, including Scotti Bros Pictures, MDP, Nu Image, Phoenician, Franchise, Splendid Pictures, Syndicate Films (Yari Film Group) before joining Hyde Park in 2005 to create a new sales arm, Hyde Park International.
Initially formed to handle international sales only on pictures from Hyde Park Entertainment, Lisa has built HPI into a thriving sales entity, adding pictures from outside producers including ASTRONAUT FARMER and CHAOS THEORY from Warner Independent Pictures, TRADE from producer Roland Emmerich, PENELOPE from producer Reese Witherspoon, and FLAWLESS from Pierce Williams Entertainment.
Lisa has served three terms as a member of the board of IFTA and is a frequent guest speaker in various instructional panels, including Women in Film and UCLA. She is a current member of BAFTA LA.

Patrick Aiello

Patrick Aiello is the senior executive / producer at Hyde Park and supervises the creative development of a multi-genre slate, which focuses on films company finances up to $25 million.
Aiello worked as a feature writer from 1995 – 2002, creating such four-quadrant tent-poles as BUMPER TO BUMPER and LET IT SNOW for Fox.
In 2000, Aiello segued into producing with the acquisition of the feature rights to the T.V. show, THE WHITE SHADOW - Will Ferrell stars for Fox. Aiello then set his original pic, MARINE MAMMALS, at Disney, where he’s producing. 2008 summer tent-pole utilizes live-action and CG to reveal the top-secrete Navy program that trains sea animals to perform spy-like activities and rescue missions.
In 2003, Hyde Park ’s Chairman, Ashok Amritraj, welcomed Aiello aboard with a producing partnership. In 2006, Aiello joined Hyde Park as it’s Senior Executive.

Joseph D'Angelo
Vice President, Post Production Hyde Park Entertainment
Joe D’Angelo began his film career in 1995 as a Production Assistant, eventually moving into the role of Ashok Amritraj’s Assistant. Within two years, Joe was promoted to Director of Production then quickly moved up and became the VP of Finance for Royal Oaks Entertainment. He worked to finance such projects as the Antonio Banderas film THE WHITE RIVER KID, the Cuba Gooding, Jr. film A MURDER OF CROWS and the Stephen Dorff / U2 comedy ENTROPY. In three years, Joe worked on well over 25 films.
In his eight years with Hyde Park Entertainment, Joe has worked on such projects as BRINGING DOWN THE HOUSE, WALKING TALL, DREAMER, DEATH SENTENCE, and PREMONITION, overseeing post production and delivery to such studios as Twentieth Century Fox, The Walt Disney Company, Sony Pictures, and DreamWorks SKG.
Prior to his move to California , Joe worked with First Fidelity Bank of New Jersey for three years. A graduate of Seton Hall University with a major in Communications and a dual minor in Advertising and Psychology, he currently resides in Sherman Oaks, CA.

David Gaynes
Independent Delivery Specialist
David Gaynes co-founded Motion Media Services in June 2006. The Company offers full material delivery services for feature films on behalf of the independent international sales agents. Prior to forming Motion Media, Mr. Gaynes served from 1994 to 2006 as Sr. Vice President of Marketing and Distribution for Media 8 Entertainment where he oversaw the marketing and distribution for numerous films including “Monster” starring Charlize Theron and “The Upside of Anger” starring Kevin Costner and Joan Allen. From 1988 to 1994, Mr. Gaynes served in a similar management capacity at Vision International, initially as Director of Marketing and later as Vice President, Marketing and Distribution Services.
